Honest boundary: If what you describe requires an attorney (e.g. disputed will or contested probate), we’ll tell you right away rather than three weeks in.

This step surfaces the surprises — the forgotten life insurance policy, an old credit union account, or a car still titled in a deceased parent’s name from years ago. It’s far better to catch these now than in month six.
You get a written plan & flat quote
A plain-English document: what needs to happen, in what order, with real deadlines, and who does each piece. Some things you may want to keep for yourself; some you’ll want handed off entirely.
The quote is flat and itemized, so you can take all of it, some of it, or none of it. There is no obligation to continue, and the written plan is yours to keep regardless.

Every week, you receive a concise email update: what got closed, what’s waiting on an external agency, and what decisions (if any) need your approval. You don’t have to wonder where things stand.
